This policy explains what information FungiLogic LLC (“FungiLogic”, “we”, “us”) handles in our mobile games and on this website, fungilogicllc.com.
Our games
Our games do not ask for, collect or send us any personal information. They have no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools, and they don’t need an internet connection to play.
Your game progress, best scores and settings (such as sound) are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the game deletes them, although your device’s own backups (for example iCloud or Google backups, which you control) may keep a copy.
Purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) handles the payment under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card or payment details.
App stores and crash reports
Apple and Google run the stores you download our games from and may collect information under their own privacy policies. If you have chosen in your device settings to share diagnostics with app developers, the store may send us crash reports and usage statistics. These help us fix bugs and don’t tell us who you are.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use it only to reply and help you, and, if you asked, to tell you when a game comes out. We keep messages only as long as we need them, and we never sell them or share them for marketing.
This website
This website has no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run the site and keep it secure. Only the site’s administrators sign in; visitors don’t need an account.
Children
Our games are made for players of all ages. Because they don’t collect personal information, they don’t collect it from children either. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you (usually just emails you’ve sent us) and ask us to delete it. Write to info@fungilogicllc.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If our games or this website start handling information differently, for example if a future game adds online features, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
